Hotel Du Leman - Paris

The overall experience was very pleasant, with

Clean and comfortable rooms, though I did find the room size a bit cramped. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the local area. The hotel's location is excellent for sightseeing, just minutes away from public transport options.

The staff were friendly, the cleaners always did a good job, the internet was free and we had a fridge which was useful

The blankets on the bed were old and a bit ripped. I think duvets are more hygienic as is it easier to wash a duvet cover more frequently. The lift was tiny!

The room was compact & new-fashioned together with balcony, air conditioning, for example. Location: the hotel was near Metro stops, restaurants, bars, shops, and the Grands Boulevards, and bars and restaurants.

Helpful staff, spacious bathroom, convenient fridge, an excellent choice for a Parisian escape.

Really crap hotel. Damaged, dirty and noisy room. I did not sleep the whole night and when I informed the front desk I did not even receive a "sorry". Honestly, don't select this hotel! Find another one. There are plenty of them around this area cheaper and nicer (I have tried couple of them) Le seul interet de cet hotel est la situation geographique mais dans le coin il y a plein d 'autres hotel! J'ai eu l'occasion den tester quelqu'uns deja. Chambres sales, degradees avec un bruit de fond incessant toute la nuit qui m'a empeche de dormir. Quand j'en ai informe l'accueil je n'ai meme pas eu droit a un "desole". Bref franchement lamentable et je ne le recommanderai a personne meme pas mon pire ennemi!

friendly people and good sercve ( exept for the breakfast)

person who serviced breakfast was not capable ( no places for 5 people ( even not the second day), You alway had to ask for things ( there was not enough cheese but the she didn't brought new things and she knew there wasn't enough). The manager came the second day and did the things she had to do.

The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were helpful. Our room was basic but clean, exceeding our expectations during our holiday.

no chair for the desk but way too low stools. telephone was not operational and although I mentioned the problem at 1pm it was not repaired even though they promised me it would be. the room doors have an electronic system that forces you to slam the door otherwise it beeps in both cases it is very noisy! the breakfast offers no bacon and eggs although they charge 14€ so I went to a nearby coffee.

The location of Hotel Du Leman was perfect, just a short step from multiple metro stations, bakeries, and lovely restaurants. The staff were cute, and I especially appreciated their willingness to assist with my questions about the area.

Very small room, difficult to get fresh air unless you sleep with the balcony doors open, the lift is really tiny, steep winding staircase

I had a comfortable stay, especially with the clean room and a working TV, though the tiny bathroom was a bit challenging. I would definitely consider returning!

Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to try your french out (you are in Paris) a little as reception some times is manned by staff with limited English. However this was not a problem as we still communicated ok. We were upgraded to a better room which was clean, had a comfortable bed, and reasonably roomy for Paris standards. Hope to return some day soon.
